Head of Accounting with a broad area of responsibility (m/f/d)

You take the lead of accounting and make sure that the ongoing processes work reliably in the daily business. Together with your team, you are responsible for the internal accounting of A–Z, including accounting, accounting, voting, payment transactions and preparation for the financial statements. You are an important contact for the management and brings accounting and reporting topics to the point in a structured manner. You accompany the introduction and further development of a new commodity management system and ensure that processes are clearly documented, cleanly set up and implemented in the future. You look not only at the numbers, but also at processes, structures and interfaces – with the aim of simplifying, cleansing and making things more sustainable. Depending on the situation, you will also be actively engaged and support the team in representations and in daily processing.

Multiannual experience in accounting, ideally with broad practice in secondary and main books as well as degrees. First leadership experience is a plus, but not a must – important is that you want to take people, communicate clearly and take responsibility. An open, grounded personality with hands-on mentality that focuses on numbers, facts and clean work. Joy in developing structures and in an environment with change and practical challenges. Good IT affinity and safe handling of Excel and digital accounting and workflow systems. You think pragmatic, work reliably and stay responsive even when it gets a little more turbulent in everyday life.
