Production Employee – Assembly and Adjustment of Safety Valves (m/f/d)

Projektmanager (m/w/d) – Installation and adjustment of safety valves

Your duties

To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a reliable and careful production employee (m/w/d) for the assembly, adjustment and final processing of safety valves.

Your activities include:

* Processing and testing of workshop orders

* Removal of components from the warehouse according to order

* Assembly of safety valves on the assembly machine (e.g. body, seal, spring and adjusting screw)

* Unpacking and preparation of valves for processing

* Identification of the valves by means of a roll stamping machine or a PC-controlled needle stamper

* Clamping the valves to corresponding adjusting devices

* Adjustment of safety valves by means of compressed air while maintaining predetermined tolerances

* Implementation of simple calculations (e.g. percentage calculations) to adjust the valves

* Provision of valves for quality testing by the foreman

* Securing operations against unintentional adjustment (e.g. drilling, pin mounting or setting of pressure points)

* Mounting of protective caps

* Packing, labeling and storing the finished products

* Collection and booking of production orders in the ERP/EDV system

* proper and clean transfer of the workplace

Your profile

* Technical understanding and craftsmanship

* Careful and quality-conscious operation

* Safe handling of work instructions and production orders

* Basic knowledge of PC-assisted systems

* Ability to perform simple technical calculations

* Teamability and reliability and sense of responsibility

* Professional experience in production or assembly of advantage, but not necessarily required
