Number: MER00041SD Component assembly Professional and non-destructive disassembly of components in compliance with the requirements of the valid work information and the disassembly order sealing all liquid-carrying parts Removal of residual liquids and adhering agents Detection, documenting and professional disposing of DSRT, prototype and non-series parts according to specifications Disassembly, collection and provision of valuables according to the requirements of the dismantling order Removal of coarse dirt on used parts to be stored Marking of the used parts intended for storage according to the quality-specific company-internal specifications Written documentation of all deviations from the dismantling order Processing of workshop orders from purchase, storage and disassembly Participation in the processing of the DSRT list in cooperation with the parts technology Creation of disposal tickets for accruing valuables from component disassembly triggering of airbag units for the outskirts for the subsequent technical finding General tasks Takeover of general, reasonable special tasks (e.g. minor maintenance and repair work)

Complete training as a motor vehicle mechanic or motor vehicle mechatronic You ideally have over 1–2 years of professional experience You bring good vehicle and parts knowledge, preferably the Mercedes-Benz and Smart brands You are instructed in the handling and processing of high-voltage vehicles (HV) You have a valid forklift certificate A crane license is advantageous You have a qualification in handling airbags (Airbagschein) You work structured and independent You have a high level of safety and quality awareness You are team-ready and communication-strong Additional information We, Mercedes-Benz Used Parts & Services GmbH, are a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG.
