You support the management in organizational and administrative matters as well as in operational daily business Take the appointment management and organize meetings Support and cooperation on various projects is also in your field of responsibility You take over customer support by phone and mail You are responsible for travel management You edit the entry and exit mail You work closely with the management and bring the company forward through new ideas.

You bring relevant professional experience into this position Diplomatic skill in dealing with different interlocutors as well as loyalty, discretion and reliability in handling confidential data is of course for you.
