As part of a regulated succession situation, we are looking for a strong design personality for the responsibility of the personnel sector.

Responsibility for operational personnel management along the entire employee lifecycle, as well as leadership of a staff member in HR administration and payroll Control of the entire recruiting process including applicant management, initial interviews and cooperation with service providers and recruiting channels Advice and support of executives in personal questions and active support in employee and development talks Development of existing HR processes with special focus on HR controlling, key figures and transparency for executives and management Organisation of personal marketing measures, university cooperation, career fairs and internal employee events in close cooperation with marketing

Successfully completed commercial training with further training Study with a focus on personnel, business management, economic law or a comparable qualification Multiannual well-founded professional experience in operational personnel management, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment Good knowledge of labour law and experience in advising executives and recruiting professionals Safe handling of modern HR systems as well as interest in using key figures and HR controlling instruments You combine hand-on mentality with enforcing ability, step up at eye level and keep agreed measures consistently in mind
