For our business segment Customer Projects and Consulting in the Tribe Sales and Business Processes, we are looking for you in full time as a Consultant Processes and Digitization - Credit (m/w/d) in Karlsruhe, Frankfurt, Munich or Münster. Your activity is assigned to the Squad Active business. Here you work with 12 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives

You support our customers in optimizing and digitizing your credit processes with a focus on our solutions in the core banking system. From the analysis of existing processes to the implementation of new solutions, you will be there and drive projects forward independently. You train bank employees in dealing with new technologies and share your knowledge in workshops and training. You work closely with banks' market and market leaders and expand your professional network. You enjoy exciting trips within Germany at approx. 130 days a year.

Personality with profile

You have a completed business studies as well as several years of professional experience in banking or a training as a banking businessman and many years of relevant professional experience or comparable qualifications. You have first experiences in the credit areas or organization of a bank. You have a high willingness to work independently and constantly learning. An above-average readiness is of course for you. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You convince by your high communication and conflictability and your good cooperation with third parties.
