Climate protection coordinator with a focus on sustainable building management (m/f/d)

As a climate protection coordinator (m/w/d) you support our facilities in implementing energy saving and greenhouse gas reduction measures. You work closely with internal departments, external service providers and regional partners. Here advise and support our real estate management department in the planning and implementation of technical measures to increase energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, plan heat protection measures to protect the property stock from overheating, analyse energy consumption and technical optimization possibilities in our buildings, accompany the planning, organisation and implementation of climate-related maintenance, modernization and rehabilitation measures, identify sustainable solutions in the field of control, heating, ventilation, sanitation, lighting and building technology, as well as charging infrastructure and energy generation systems, support you in creating, evaluating and developing energy and greenhouse gas balances, develop proposals for the economic and sustainable management of our properties, advise on funding and funding opportunities and support the application of appropriate programmes; coordinate cooperation with specialised planning offices, energy consulting, authorities and other external partners, accompany visits, technical tests and inventory recordings and derive climate protection and optimization measures from them; sensitize and inform employees as well as executives on topics of operational climate protection; monitor the implementation of agreed measures and document their contributions to achieving our climate goals.

You are inspiring for sustainable building management and want to actively help implement technical and structural measures both economically and climate-friendly. You also have: a completed study in the field of engineering, energy and environmental engineering, utility or building technology, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification, as an alternative to a qualification as a technician:in with relevant experience in technical building management, ideally knowledge of building, energy or facility management, experience in planning, implementation and control in technical building equipment, a good understanding of energy efficiency, technical building equipment and sustainable management of real estate, analytical thinking and the ability to understand technical facts, a structured and independent operation and organisational skills; Communication strength, team spirit and the ability to win various actors:inside for common goals, entrepreneurial thinking and joy in realising sustainable solutions, the identification with the Christian values of the Lafim-diaconia.
