This is expected Our team supports the entire IT and specialist area with the provision of modern development platforms, tools and processes.

In this newly created position, you drive forward the introduction of the DevSecOps platform within the bank. You control the transformation planning and the cross-departmental rollout of the DevSecOps cooperation model, develop pragmatic rollout plans and keep the progress in mind.

You accompany our development teams onboarding to the OpenShift containers and are the first anchor for all questions.

You develop and maintain binding standards, checklists and approach models, establish quality measurement instruments, moderate workshops and information events.

The cooperation on all communicative measures – also towards management – completes your exciting task area.

This will bring you You have completed your studies in e.g. computer science or in the STEM area. Cross-adapters are also welcome.

You bring relevant professional experience and sound knowledge of the DevSecOps model.

You are familiar with OpenShift (OCP), CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab) and Secret Management (HashiCorp‐Vault) and ideally have knowledge of helmet, application logging (e.g. splunk) and development (e.g. Java, Python).

You convince with conceptual strength, analytical thinking, target orientation, precision and high communication and persuasiveness.

You work with passion agile, ideally with Scrum and SAFe.

You communicate in writing and orally convincing in our business language German. Good English skills complement your profile.
