As a production employee (m/w/d) (m/w/d) you are in the middle of it when it comes to producing high-quality products for daily consumption. Here you get the chance to develop yourself in an exciting environment and work actively in production. The best thing about it: you don't need previous knowledge – we'll teach you everything! • Support food production according to the highest quality standards.
• Examine activities such as preparation, sorting and packaging of products.
• Make sure that the hygiene rules are complied with consistently.
• Operating and monitoring modern production facilities.
• Help to quickly detect and fix possible disturbances.

We are looking for

Motivation, willingness to use and team spirit are important to this point! Professional experience is not required – you are thoroughly incorporated. However, there are some basic conditions:

• Existing valid health passport according to hygiene standards.
• willingness to work in the 3-shift system (spring, late and night shift).
• Good physical condition and the ability to work reliably even in a dynamic environment.
• Care and a high degree of sense of responsibility in dealing with food.
• Basic knowledge of German to understand work instructions.
