Nursing educator (m/f/d)

Be with heart and shape. For our nursing school in Oldenburg we are looking for a nursing education: in full time (40h/week). You teach in generalistic nursing training and are responsible for the successful implementation of the training.

Your tasks include: You plan and design action-oriented teaching according to national regulations and the school-based educational concept. You work on the curriculum development. You make sure that the transfer of theory to practice is successful. You'll be contacting practical facilities and carrying out practical visits as well as hospitations of trainees. You strengthen the professional competence and the personal skills of the learners. You carry out transparent, competency-oriented performance and participate in the final exams. Together with the entire team, you shape the learning and school culture and develop it further. You have a Bachelor degree? We are happy to support you in qualifying as a master.

You share our enthusiasm to support people in expanding their professional skills and also bring a high level of commitment and learning and joy to work in the team. WHAT WHAT? You have already started or completed a Master's degree in the field of nursing education, medical education, nursing sciences, apprenticeship vocational schools or comparable or are ready to take up a Master's degree. You have a successfully completed vocational training in a basic nursing profession or health profession. You enjoy working together within a pedagogical team and curricular work. You bring a great commitment and motivation to accompany and support trainees. You are flexible, you work independently and you like to use the design spaces. Oh, my God. You have already gained experience in learning field work and in creating learning situations. You have a great interest in participating in the further development of our school. You are sure to handle and apply MS Office programs. You could already gain first experiences with self-organized learning and work.
