Coaching and further development of sales partners in small groups Planning, organisation and implementation of sales and business events Development and implementation of training and sales concepts Creation and analysis of KPIs, reporting and market key figures for responsibility Construction and development of regional distribution structures in Eastern Europe Close cooperation with international sales teams and executives Participation in national and international meetings, trainings, events and major events Active new customer acquisition and enthusiasm for high-quality nutritional supplements and cosmetic products

Multiannual (at least 3 years) experience in direct sales, ideally in network or recommendation marketing Impressed communication strength and enthusiasm in dealing with people English knowledge in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage High self-motivation, readiness for use and retention Self-conscious and professional appearance Embossed team skills and social competence High readiness and openness for personal and professional development Entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced target orientation High flexibility and international readiness
