Construction Manager m/w/d Place of use: Regensburg Reference number: 2025-2205 Working time: Full time

Control, control and responsibility of the contractual handling of various construction projects in stock according to the performance phases 1–8 of the HOAI Coordination of all works involved in the construction and internal and external project participants Representation of interests of the client Cost management, quality control and ensuring compliance with all safety and construction standards

Completed - recognized in Germany - training in craft or technical construction e.g. as a mason, carpenter, survey engineer or rooftoper with training as a construction technician As an alternative Bachelor / Master studies in civil engineering, architecture Professional experience as a building manager of advantage (min. 3 years)

Knowledge of HOAI, VOB and follow-up management Safe handling of building software e.g. RIB iTWO, MS Project, Autocad and MS Office applications leadership skills, communication strength, entrepreneurial thinking and team spirit Driving licence of class B / German knowledge at least. C1 level
