Insolvency Clerk - Regular Insolvency / Commercial Law (m/f/d)

We are one of the leading insolvency law firms and are part of the international law firm. Its core area includes corporate restructuring, restructuring and liquidation as part of insolvency proceedings, but also in advance of insolvency for the purpose of avoiding insolvency. You support the insolvency administrator in the comprehensive processing of our rule insolvency proceedings, from the application to the termination of proceedings You are an important contact person for the participants in the accompanied insolvency proceedings You independently execute the correspondence and prepare the reporting and other correspondence You carry the insolvency table and collect receivables and use assets You take over financial accounting in commercial and insolvency terms and deal with tax issues You'll accompany operations

(m/w/d), a completed training course for tax professionals (m/w/d), lawyers (m/w/d), office management (m/w/d) or the like You bring at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the field of insolvency management You are safe in handling MS Office applications; ideal for dealing with winsolvenz.p4 and LEXolution You are reliable, team-oriented, proactive, durable and work very carefully You have the talent to keep the essentials in mind even in high phases and to react flexibly to new situations that arise in the field of bankruptcy management
