In your position, you work closely with the IT management, the departments and service providers to actively drive the company's change and ITmodernisation together with the Digital Transformation & IT team. Drive the digital transformation forward as

IT-Operation & Provider-Management: Control of the IT-Service-Provider (digatus) and other service providers (including Print & Media Technology), SLA-Monitoring, Coordination of Operations and Operational Leadership and Development of IT-Operation incl. User support (optional VIP support) and standardization of IT processes. Microsoft 365 & Cloud Services: Administration and optimization of the M365 environment (teams, SharePoint, team telephony), MS Azure and Intune as well as evaluation and introduction of new technologies (e.g. Copilot/KI tools). Governance & Administration: Licensing, Contract and IT Asset Management, IT Ordering, Documentation of System Landscape and Care of IT Policy. IT security & data protection: cooperation with SOC, external CISO and data protection officer as well as further development of ISMS. Communication & Training: IT onboarding new employees, planning and implementation of IT trainings, intranet information and support of change processes. Project Management & Innovation: Management of IT projects (e.g. IT moving, redemption of old systems) and coordination of app developments (Power Platform).

Complete studies in computer science or a comparable qualification

Multiannual experience in IT operations and in provider management – ideally in the middle or the real estate industry

Funded knowledge of IT service management (ITIL), M365, Azure and IT architecture

Hands-on mentality, problem-solving competence and structured working Strong and secure communication with internal stakeholders and external service providers

Flexibility and readiness to travel to Stuttgart and Berchtesgaden
