We are looking for you - as experienced building manager or experienced building manager at our site in Vechta for Development of our construction projects in road and civil engineering Organisation of the construction process taking into account the technical and economic objectives Coordination and leadership of our own construction site teams and the entrepreneurs Implementation of the construction result control Own-responsible billing of construction sites as well as creation of scales with modern measurement technology (e.g. Roverstab) Refund management

Complete vocational training as an engineer, technician or master or equivalent qualification acquired by professional experience multi-year professional experience required Knowledge in MS-Office and experienced handling of billing and calculation programs (ideally iTWO) Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as an independent, committed and responsible way of working Enforcement and Communication Strength Car driver's license
