We are looking for a residential area management (m/w/d) for the gerontopsychiatrian residential area of the Senior Center Rheinauer Tor in Mannheim in full time/part time.

You guide a great and experienced team in a modernly equipped living area and can bring your motivation and innovation to the team. You work closely with our nursing team and the house director. You lead and promote your employees. We will support you at any time and will be happy to help and advise you if you want to realize your ideas together with the team. You'll set up the schedule for your living area. You are responsible for the organization and documentation of care in your living area. You make sure that our quality standards are complied with and you get 20% of your job share for quality assurance. You are a representative of the people we care for and their relatives.
