Locations: Mainz or Herrenberg Full time | Hybrid | Management responsibility Do you bring experience in asset management or in the technical management of wind turbines and do not just want to control operationally, but to lead people and take responsibility? Then take over the management of our asset management region South and actively shape the long-term success of our wind turbines. The Generation & Team Asset Management division In the Generation business unit, we are responsible for the permit-compliant, secure and economical operation of our wind turbines throughout the entire life cycle: from commissioning to repowering or rebuilding. The Asset Management Wind team represents the interests of the owners: in daily operation, towards authorities and other stakeholders. Each:r Asset Manager:inspects its own plant portfolio and ensures that our wind farms: safe and controlled economically performant running in the long term As head of the team: in the South Region, you will guide this team professionally and disciplinaryly and create the framework in which excellent asset management is possible.

Leadership & Development You run a team of asset managers:inside and technical operators:inside, develop structures, strengthen competences and promote a trusted, performance-oriented cooperation. Operator responsibility & plant operation You are responsible for a safe, license-compliant and economically optimized operation of wind farms in your region and supports wind farm management in technical issues. Control & coordination You secure a functioning interface management – especially between asset management, technical management, purchasing, authorities and external partners – and tax claim management. Performance & efficiency You regularly analyze the plant performance, tax budgets and costs and conduct optimization measures to ensure the cost-effectiveness and availability of the assets. Strategy & Development You actively participate in the further development of asset management strategies, processes and standards and contribute to change and culture development processes. Reporting & Transparency You regularly report to Asset Management Deutschland and ensure transparency in terms of performance, risks and optimization potential.

Complete studies in engineering or a comparable technical qualification Multiannual experience in asset management or technical operation of wind turbines leadership experience or clear motivation to take responsibility for a team Expressed analytical and entrepreneurial thinking Communication strength, decision-making and empathy Safe handling of MS Office, SAP, Rotorsoft and other relevant IT systems Structured, independent operation Travel readiness and driving licence Class B
