BIM Manager / BIM Coordinator for PETRA IV (m/f/d)

Design, introduce, continuously develop and optimize BIM methods and tools. This includes in particular: Develop, introduce and develop a scalable BIM overall system for planning, construction and operating processes in the research context based on the project PETRA IV Define, control and continuously optimize BIM processes and information flows Develop, implement and coordinate BIM standards, guidelines, templates and workflows in the PETRA IV project maintain and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) for the PETRA-IV project and provide CDEs for future projects; Control BIM-related activities and ensure their quality AIA and BAP as central control instruments Ensure data quality and consistency across all phases of the project PETRA IV Integrate trade models from different subprojects into consistent overarching overall models Acting as a central contact person and professional leadership for all BIM topics towards project participants in the PETRA IV project and internal groups Responsibility for selection, introduction and operation of central BIM systems Develop and establish digitally supported testing and approval processes for quality assurance of BIM models Project participants advise, train and initiate professionally

Completed scientific higher education in the field of civil engineering, architecture or facility management or equivalent expertise, skills and experience Proven qualification BIM management (certificate or reference projects with the written qualification) Multiannual professional experience in the implementation and application of BIM methods in construction projects Knowledge of BIM tools (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, BIMcollab) and experience with database and model management Knowledge of HOAI, AHO and VOB are desirable Structured, independent and reliable working methods & communication, team orientation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
