Responsibility for the professional and organizational management of a small, dedicated team Instruction of the team in dealing with challenging situations in consultation with the setup management Coordination and guidance of the educational service, including deployment planning, team development and ensuring the quality of care Active participation and further development of the pedagogical concepts in close coordination with the institution management Supporting and supporting employees in their daily work and promoting their personal and professional development Close cooperation with youth offices, schools, parents and other network partners to ensure individual assistance plans Ensuring documentation and compliance with all legal requirements

Completed studies in social education, social work or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in work with children and young people Representative leadership skills and first experience in the management or deputy management of a team (also in projects or as a specialist with management tasks) Knowledge of crisis management, deescalation and pedagogical concepts High motivation, empathy and the ability to accompany and further develop employees in their work Communication strength and organizational ability, coupled with a solution-oriented and structured operation Pleasure of work in shiftwork and willingness to take responsibility for themselves and to introduce your own ideas
