The internship can start at the earliest from 15. Start February 2026 and should take at least 6 months to give you comprehensive insights and exciting projects. These are your tasks: Be part of our HR Business Partner team and support in operational day-to-day business in the creation of work contracts, service car agreements and testimonials up to anniversary writing. Work closely with the works council and accompany BR hearings. Override responsibility in recruiting by preselection of applicants: women, communication with specialist departments and organization of interviews. Edit exciting applications such as parental leave, changes in working hours or educational leave, including documents. Be the interface to the IT department for new inmates, exits and transfers. Bring your creativity into the planning of internal events, e.g. our anniversary celebration.

That's what distinguishes you: You are studying BWL with a focus on human resources, social sciences or a comparable degree programme. Ideally, you have collected first practical HR experiences. You can control MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) safely. You are highly motivated, team-oriented and are confidential with sensitive data. You do well German in word and writing.
