Your tasks

• You will develop the ServiceNow BCM and Custom SARA (Black Agile Risk Assesment) solution, from design phase to implementation to architecture.
• You advise customers on functional coverage, technical solutions, strategic roadmaps and possible expenses and benefits when using BCM/SARA.
• You support and control ServiceNow projects of different complexity, focusing on the digital transformation of companies.
• You advise customers on functional coverage, technical solutions, strategic roadmaps and possible expenses and benefits when using ServiceNow.
• You work closely with the agile development teams, product managers and system architects in a scaled environment.
• You coordinate and control the development of your responsibility at solution level.
• You are responsible for the holistic life cycle: from the introduction, the implementation of requirements and the rollout to the operation.
• You take over the strategic and operational advice of internal customers.

Your profile

• You have professional experience in the field of ServiceNow implementation, administration, service portal and UI components in the module (BCM)
• You have knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, REST / SOAP
• You are ServiceNow – Certified System Administrator?
• You have a strong team idea
• You have a solution and process-oriented way of thinking and have analytical strengths
• You ideally bring knowledge about ITIL-based ITSM processes
• Your good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
