Number: MER0003NIL The Mercedes-Benz Vans Customer Service & Parts division bundles the worldwide service activities for the Transporter Sparte. The focus of our department is on managing and developing the Customer Service & Parts business in close cooperation with the national sales companies within the global sales network of Mercedes-Benz Vans. Our team is responsible for the cooperation and the direct support and control of international fleet customers and car manufacturers. We offer you a broad, dynamic and international field of activity, in which you as a full-fledged team member actively take responsibility and use your skills in practical terms and can develop yourself both professionally and personally. What awaits you in the internship: insights, exchange and cooperation with various key areas such as vehicle sales, technology, product or market management and our national sales companies worldwide Working with Key Account Management, active support for international fleet customers Pre- and post-processing as well as support in the execution of customer appointments and internal voting appointments with regard to customer requirements/complaints received Preparation of analyses, evaluations and presentations Own, small projects as well as cooperation on overarching projects Recording into a motivated, targeted team The internship can start from September 2025, duration: 6 months.

You are studying BWL/Economic Informatics or a completely different subject qualified for the above activity You speak very well German and dominate English in word and writing You are safe in handling MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel You have first experiences with agile project management You are motivated, flexible, working structured and self-employed, can sort, evaluate, and point out as text or visualization You are a communicative, targeted and interested in work in a motivated team and cooperation with international fleet customers?
