Senior Consultant Responsible AI & Governance (Inhouse) (m/f/d)

As part of the AI CoE, you create the conditions for the successful introduction of trusted AI capabilities and use cases and accompany their safe and responsible scaling within the bank.

You can create the conditions for the effective and consistent use of artificial intelligence and continuously develop the bank-wide AI Governance Framework with policies, control mechanisms, standards and bodies.

You provide advice on the identification, assessment and implementation of AI initiatives and support business value, risks and regulatory requirements.

You position the AI CoE as a central body for AI governance and promote confidence, transparency and the responsible use of AI within the bank.

You work closely with risk management, compliance, law, data protection and information security to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, in particular the EU AI Act, the GDPR and local requirements.

You support the strategic expansion of AI CoE as a central competence, consulting and governance unit for artificial intelligence within the bank.

You live risk culture through the continuous development and maintenance of responsibility in the proactive handling of risks within the bank

You have a university degree or a comparable qualification in areas such as natural sciences, economics, law or related disciplines.

You have several years of experience in the fields of AI governance, data governance, IT governance, risk management or compliance, ideally in the financial sector or another highly regulated environment.

You have a solid overview of modern AI technologies, in particular Generative AI, Machine Learning and Large Language Models, as well as their opportunities, risks and regulatory requirements.

You feel comfortable at the interface between compliance, legal, risk, data governance and data protection and ideally have knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, in particular the EU AI Acts, the GDPR, the EBA/ECB requirements and internal control systems (IKS).

You have experience in Responsible AI and can translate governance, risk and ethics principles into effective policies and standards.
