Complete training on the MTLA or comparable qualification with experience in histology Experience in embedding tissue in paraffin as well as operating microtomes (manufactured thin sections) Safe handling of standard and special dyeings, including understanding of the antigen-antibody reaction and validation of results Knowledge of tissue types, morphological changes and the handling of critical samples and complete documentation routine for safe handling of chemicals (e.g. formalin, xylene, alcohol), laboratory database systems (LIS) as well as laboratory machines, pipetting robots and microscopes Convinced on the whole line -
