Specialist Identity and Permission Management - IAM (m/w/d) For our team Identity and Permission Management at the Hamburg location, we are looking for a specialist identities and authorization management - IAM (m/w/d) in full time at the next possible date.

Responsibility for central authorization management based on a modern IAM platform and participation in the conceptual development of the identity and authorization framework Conception, development and operation of automated processes and interfaces in the area of central authorization management, including the connection of downstream systems Conceptual design and regular allocation of privileged accesses in close coordination with operational safety, including the definition and maintenance of role-based access models based on the minimum privilege principle Participation in projects to implement the requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), in particular with regard to ICT access control, identity management and the protection of critical systems and privileged access as referred to in Article 9 DORA Participation in the design and monitoring of access regulations in the context of ICT third-party service providers in accordance with the contractual and regulatory requirements referred to in Article 30 DORA Qualified user support and processing of user service malfunction messages and taking over escalation cases with professional depth Participation in the optimization and standardization of system management processes and identification of improvement potentials in the authorization environment Maintenance and quality assurance of documentation, guidelines and procedural instructions assigned to the field of activity Creation of evaluations, reports and key figures for controlling authorization management as well as acquisition of special tasks in the context of regulatory or project-related requirements

Completed studies of economic informatics, computer science, economics or comparable qualifications with relevant professional experience Funded knowledge and practical experience in identity and authorization management ideally in a regulated business environment Good understanding of the relevant regulatory requirements, in particular KWG, MaRisk and DORA, and their practical implementation in authorization and access control concepts Experience in the development and implementation of automated authorization processes is advantageous First experiences in the project work in the regulatory environment, ideally related to DORA requirements in the field of ICT risk management and access control, are desirable Knowledge of the Atruvia platform environment (in particular agree21) is advantageous Structured, solution-oriented operation with high quality awareness and strong self-responsibility Good analytical skills as well as clear and address-oriented communication with specialist areas, IT units and external auditors Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1 level)
