Employee Order Processing (m/f/d)

You accept new orders and assign them to our planning system You order parts and services from our suppliers and partners worldwide You make sure that we can always produce and the parts are available on time To do this, you process material requirements plans from our goods management system and communicate the forecast figures to our suppliers You control our parts storage with regard to the range of stocks You will pick up offers in consultation with our Strategic Shopping You work with our supplier complaint process and coordinate it as needed You process customer requests (for example delivery quantity and appointment) including the affected areas You maintain and optimize planning parameters in the planning system in accordance with the economic and production conditions You coordinate regular voting appointments with our suppliers escalate supplier problems and support their solution

You have completed relevant vocational training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife), ideally bringing you experience in a similar field of work You think and act entrepreneurial You are strong in communication and able to represent the interests of the company within and outside the organization Their working style is very independent and always problem-solving-oriented Readiness to learn and take responsibility Reliability, initiative and determination are just as important to your strengths as teamwork within and outside the organizational unit You have good English skills in word and writing
