Main contact partner for the continuous, professional support of our customers: to be in the stages of presales, project and operation while ensuring our high service quality Provide consulting services from analysis, solution design to implementation of IT infrastructure concepts (from onprem to hybrid to cloud) Monitor, control and coordinate the performance in accordance with the contract as well as drive its continuous optimization: individual service level agreements, KPIs and economic targets (including IT service billing) In close coordination with internal and external experts: identify, specify and operationalize the needs of our customers in perfect technical solutions Prepare service reviews and management meetings and present high-quality concepts as well as tailor-made offers The personal escalation department for IT decision-makers of our customers: be inside and report directly to the management The DevOps interface between the software development and service operations units

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics or comparable training Detectional knowledge in project management, a very good IT confession and willingness of continuous development in a dynamic environment with enterprise and/or High availability claims Customer-oriented attitude paired with communication strength, negotiation skills also in cross- & upselling as well as organizational talent Endurance, resilience, integrity, reliability and responsible action First experiences in IT Service Management as well as ITIL knowledge are desirable ESXi, storage, backup and disaster recovery and hypervisor technologies Knowledge of cloud infrastructures (e.g. M365, Azure or AWS) and IT outsourcing are advantageous Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
