Renewable Energy in the Region | SWM Services GmbH As part of a leading energy group, you take on the strategic responsibility for the development and development of municipal cooperations and the cross-border management of complex infrastructure projects in this key position. They combine energy-economic know-how with local sense – and thus make an active contribution to the implementation of the energy transition at the Stadtwerken München (SWM).

Strategic management and development of the ‘Communal Cooperation and Project Management’ organisation unit in line with corporate objectives and regulatory frameworks Establishment and management of a cross-species cooperation portfolio with municipalities, municipal works and other regional partners for the joint implementation of heat, electricity and renewable energy projects Initiation, control and implementation of regional heat transfer projects, including municipal heat planning, grid solutions and cross-sector infrastructure projects (PV, wind, battery storage). Planning and control of relevant intersections with stakeholders and shareholders, including political, regulatory and economic actors Responsibility for project assignment, investment planning and project management – focusing on efficiency, duration of implementation, budget support and transparency Development and implementation of citizens' learning models and innovative co-operation formats to strengthen regional acceptance and participation Customer responsibility for complex, cross-technology projects, including selection and control of external service providers and partners

Graduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Energy Economics or a comparable discipline Multiannual leadership experience in a strategically shaped position with a commitment to interdisciplinary project teams, ideally in the municipal or energy economy environment Knowledge of the application of ISO standards (including ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and EMAS) and the technical and economic support of complex infrastructure projects – including experience in funding management and the execution of publicly funded projects Safe appearance and strong ability to represent the company to the outside – in particular in dialogue with local decision-makers, political bodies and regional partners Proven strength in building and maintaining strategic networks, in particular in communicatively shaped stakeholder structures Excellent communication, moderation and negotiation skills, coupled with a high degree of diplomatic skill Practical experience in project management, project management and economic evaluation and cost control of major projects. Ideally experience in handling SAP (especially in the project and controlling module) as well as common CRM systems incl. their adaptation in the context of stakeholder and partner relations
