For our in-house warehouse location in Magdeburg we will now look for you as a team leader. Every day, exciting logistical challenges await us, which we want to master together with you. Together with your team, you will secure the daily business and ensure a smooth run in the warehouse.

As a team leader, you are the first point of contact for the employees in your team and are responsible for their operational control and coordination in the field. You always have a look at the daily business including the key figures and productivity and support your team in the relevant logistic and administrative processes. In addition, you are the contact person for your department management as well as for your commercial and administrative colleagues. Furthermore, you are in close contact with the customer and exchange regularly. Last but not least, you always have the applicable charge, safety and quality regulations in mind and pay attention to order and cleanliness in your area.

Ideally, you have already been able to gain some years of professional experience in warehouse logistics and are at best familiar with SAP. Experience in the leadership of a team as well as the possession of a fork certificate are also desirable. You feel safe in handling the PC and the common email and office programs, like Microsoft. In addition, you are reliable, communication-strong, resilient, and you are characterized by your self-sure and friendly appearance. For this, you master very good German in word and writing and can support us in layers.
