Operation and Development of Microsoft 365 Responsibility for the administration, operation and continuous development of our Microsoft-365 platform Planning and implementation of technical improvements and optimizations of existing services Ensuring safe, stable and efficient operation of our M365 environment Further development of operating standards, governance and security concepts

Administration and Troubleshooting Independent administration of central Microsoft-365 services in 2nd level support Analysis and elimination of complex technical disturbances Implementation of Cause Analysis and Sustainable Implementation of Improvement Measures Monitoring of the platform by monitoring, logging and security tools

Projects and technical development Technical planning and implementation of new Microsoft-365 services and functions Assessment of requirements regarding architecture, safety, compliance and operational capability Cooperation and technical management of migration, integration and optimization projects Cooperation with internal IT teams, departments and external service providers

Requirements Multiannual professional experience as Microsoft-365 administrator, cloud engineer or comparable function Detectable practical experience in the productive operation of Microsoft-365 environments Very good knowledge of: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Exchange Online Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance

Experience with hybrid IT infrastructures (On-Premises / Cloud) Found experience in analysis, troubleshooting and troubleshooting complex environments Safe handling of PowerShell for administration and automation

Advantage Experience with: Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management Conditional Access and Identity Management Azure Services Microsoft Defender Solutions Licence Management and Governance
