Your tasks: Here you can design

• You work in the Living Group “Compass” with young people aged 14 and over who need a lot of structure and activation.
• Heavy: Educational care of young people with diabetes type 1 or 2 – including support for disease acceptance and everyday life.
• You accompany young people as a reference pedagogue:in, build stable relationships and develop future prospects with them.
• You're an appeal for her worries and problems.
• You work with therapist , doctors, schools and caregivers.
• Weekend services are part of it. You will also take 1–2 night's readiness per week – organised together in the team. You bring it with you: Your strengths count with us**
• Education as Headed Educational Career:in, educator:in or Studium in Social Work, Social Education, Psychology, Special Education, Education
• Public staff and applicants:inside with additional medical/career training are welcome!
• Freude at work with children and young people
• You are reliable, solution-oriented and a real Teamplayer
• You work self-employed, are flexible and ideally have a driving licence
• First Experience in dealing with diabetes diseases
