You accompany procurement procedures and customer requests independently – from first contact to the successful conclusion of the contract You control and coordinate the interdisciplinary project team for the supply phase, consisting of internal and external architects:inside and specialist engineers, and ensure a structured, targeted cooperation With modern costing and planning tools you can determine construction costs and develop technically convincing, economic and customer-oriented offers The offers you have created and priced will transfer you to contract documents and accompany their design, negotiation and conclusion together with our customers Keep in mind the requirements of our customers as well as quality, dates and cost-effectiveness

You have successfully completed a degree in architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering with a focus on building or have a comparable qualification, e.g. as a master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) You bring professional experience in planning or project management of turnkey commercial properties with Ideally you have knowledge in the fields of costing, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction You think entrepreneurship, act independently and develop the best solution in the team A strong customer orientation as well as communication and negotiation strength complete your profile
