Your challenge: Total technical responsibility for innovation and global customer projects in the field of fuel filter systems for HD/I/PC/CoC Development of new products, new components, or new solutions from first concepts, to applicability, to functional maturity for future applications. Development and construction of custom fuel filter modules. Implementation and support of all phases of product development, from idea finding to serial introduction and proactive participation in the development roadmap Coordination, planning and budgeting of complex development tasks within development projects Examination and determination of customer requirements (load specification) as well as derivation, determination and coordination of the specifications Discussion and coordination of technical requirements and support in selecting suppliers Intensive cooperation and development of concepts, with the design engineer, taking into account costs, function, production capability, weight optimization, innovations and copy protection. Ensure compliance with technical development goals in cooperation with the project team (CAD Design, Simulation, Validation, Pattern Construction, Purchasing, Manufacturing, etc.) Development progress may be assessed Define and initiate corrective measures Creation and maintenance of development-relevant documents

Your profile: Education: Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering or comparable Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience in the job-relevant profile Expertise: System understanding for fuel filter systems Filtration knowledge Loadable knowledge in the field of fluid mechanics, static and dynamic strength, materials, connecting technology and measuring technology Safe in the application of MS Office tools Basic knowledge of CATIA V5 / NX are advantageous
