Digital product: You will get a practical insight into the development and continuous optimization of our mobile app. You work closely with Product, Development, UX, MarTech and other teams and learn how to create digital products from ideas. App Performance & KPIs: You help us keep an eye on the performance of our app. For this, you will create regular KPI reports on app installations, active users, engagement and conversion. You recognize trends, analyze developments and recommend concrete action from data. Customers understand: You regularly analyze customer feedback from different channels, for example from app store reviews and shake-to-report. You will recognize recurring topics, needs and trends and help us to derive new impulses for our Product Backlog. Release & Quality Management: You accompany our regular mobile app releases and support quality assurance. You check reported errors, coordinate communication, retest fixed issues and help prepare the release notes for the App Stores. Market analysis: You deal with product, customer and market topics, compare features and user experiences from fashion, retail and e-commerce apps and keeps current trends in mind. Your insights will help you understand and introduce your recommendations to the mobile app and UX teams.

Your educational path: You are currently completing your Bachelor's or Master's degree. Which course of study is for us secondary – important to us are your curiosity and interest in digital products. Your strengths: You learn quickly, work structured and solution-oriented and have fun analyzing data and identifying relationships. You like to explore developments, ask the right questions and interest you for new technologies and digital trends. Your profile: You want to understand why a product or feature is successful and what impact it has on customers and business. You can translate observations and data into concrete recommendations and feel safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You can also convince yourself with your analytical, communicative and presentation skills and communicate safely in English – in writing and oral.
