Head of Plant Engineering (g)

At the outset, they support plant engineering in the leadership of the team and the planning of projects in the field of ventilation and air conditioning technology to take over the position of the management in the medium term. You are responsible for managing and coordinating the project teams They take over the coordination and responsibility for the commercial aspects of the projects, including budget monitoring, cost control and timely implementation and production They ensure efficient coordination and communication between the various project participants and ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with project requirements.

They have a degree in engineering (e.g. utility technology, mechanical engineering, TGA) or have a comparable qualification (e.g. technicians/masters) You have experience in the execution of projects (up to € 5 million) They have knowledge of building law (focus on VOB/B), materials management and quality management in respect of compliance with standards You can rely on experience in budgeting and cost control and contract management They are characterized by a solution-oriented, pragmatic way of thinking and skills in negotiation They are strong in communication, make self-confident decisions and actively contribute to a positive team dynamic
