With your entrepreneurial mindset and analytical knowledge, you actively contribute to the implementation of ING's global NSC strategy as well as virtual client teams (VCT) / client strategies, while constantly upholding policies and compliance standards. Bachelor's or master's degree in economics / finance, management, law or a comparable discipline Several years of professional experience as a Relationship Banker, with a strong track record in turning opportunities into revenues, profitably developing existing client relationships and acquiring new clients Comprehensive know-how of the market environment and genuine interest in different dynamic sectors and their impact on our clients' businesses Very good understanding of banking products and (daily) banking / services Team player with entrepreneurial intuition, enthusiasm, and self-motivation Eager to work in a diverse environment with an open mindset Hands-on mentality, attuned to customers' needs and their implementation, as well as the ING Orange Code Strong communicator, able to coordinate various stakeholders with ease A passion for innovation and a feel for sustainable solutions Excellent German and English spoken as well as written
