Deputy Spa Manager / Branch Manager – Wellness & Spa (m/f/d)

You represent the Spa Manager in its absence, including complete shift responsibility and operational management of the daily business. You take employee planning, incorporating new team members and actively support your crew's personnel development. For smooth operations in all MYWELLNESS suites, from regular equipment control to proactive guest care. You process guest feedback and complaints independently and transform critical moments into positive experiences. You support the Spa Manager in commercial tasks: day-to-day accounts, quality assurance and compliance with our standards. You are the face of our brand on site and live our vision of making the world a bit more relaxed, with every interaction.
