Senior Programm Manager B2B Events (m/f/d)

With your experience and your strategic thinking, you develop effective event experiences along the customer journey - with a clear focus on target achievement, KPI's and measurable successes. We are looking for the strategic mastermind behind our B2B events – someone who understands formats as a lever for pipeline and C-level relationships and shapes this approach independently. Strategy & Conception: You develop the strategic orientation of our B2B event formats (including roundtables, partner events, keynotes, networking events) in close coordination with our overall marketing strategy and bear the responsibility for their further development. Project Responsibility & Control: You conduct all phases of our curated B2B formats: You develop the content agenda, control conception, planning and implementation – and measure success using clearly defined KPIs. End-to-end Responsibility: You take the end-to-end responsibility for B2B events, as well as the budget control and, if necessary, also actively engage. Success measurement & optimization: You define clear annual target sizes for target contacts and unique accounts – divided into formats and periods – and control the entire event program including Reporting and optimization Stakeholder Management: You act as a central contact person for various internal interfaces up to C levels and ensure a close interconnection for critical project phase, such as invitation management. Agency- & service provider control: You coordinate external partners and service providers professionally – from selection to briefing to implementation.

You have a degree with a focus on marketing, communication, event management or a comparative vocational training. You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in B2B marketing with a clear focus on strategic design and project management. Additional experience with operational logistics or event organization is a plus. You are highly conceptual, aim-oriented and bring a pronounced analytical thinking. At the same time, you have experience in building KPI frameworks with clear business patterns. You communicate safely at all levels, convince with sovereign stakeholder management and have experience in working with interdisciplinary teams (especially with sales teams). You work structured, independent and solution-oriented – even under time pressure. You want to shape and take end-to-end responsibility. You speak German and very good English.
