What you are moving with us: You are at the forefront: You support regional HR experts recruiting in administrative activities. You are excited about HR IT systems: You maintain applicant data in the system and take over the correspondences to applicants and executives. You coordinate all interfaces by working closely with different stakeholders (HR/Administration & Billing/Sales). When it comes to processes, you have the view: You determine gross wages, are responsible for the hearing of the works council and create employment contracts. You get involved: You support and advise our leaders in the markets. Your ideas for the future: As part of process adaptations, you are committed to cross-disciplinary topics in the nationwide Recruiting Center of REWE Group.
