Numbers, accuracy and responsibility are you? In the patient billing, you design reliable processes for a clean billing. The Schön Klinik Neustadt is located directly on the Baltic Sea beach of the Lübecker bay. As a center hospital, she ensures medical care in Ostholstein. With specializations in orthopaedics, trauma surgery, neurology and internal medicine, she treats about 50,000 patients in the acute and rehabilitation areas every year. The clinic offers 560 beds and employs more than 1,100 employees. Since 2003 she has been an academic teaching hospital of the University of Lübeck and part of the family-run Schön Klinik Group. We are now looking for a parental representation that supports us in full time (38,5h/week) in patient billing. The place is fixed for two years. Reliable billing: You ensure patient billing (including KV, BG, AOP) and take over preparation and, if necessary, billing. Quality assurance: You clarify insurance conditions and ensure high data quality, including data carrier exchange according to §301 SGB V. Secure monthly financial statements: You support the creation of monthly financial statements in the field of patient management. Efficient enquiry management: You process patient and cost carrier requests both by phone and in writing. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work in an interdisciplinary manner with various departments within the department, the clinic and the corporate culture.

You have a completed training as a merchant in healthcare (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial qualification with professional experience in healthcare. In the outpatient settlement (EMB, GOÄ, UV-GOÄ) you are experienced; Knowledge of ORBIS, Medico or SAP IS-H MED is a plus. Your willingness to perform and take responsibility as well as your flexible, resilient and dynamic way of working shape your professional style.
