Process Planner / Customer Success Specialist (m/d) Gomaringen There's always something going on in logistics. There's action. But also feeling fine. Put on. But with bowls. One wheel goes into the other. Everything's flowing. And yet you're with us anything but a little girl in the gear. You can really move here. It's logistical! But convince yourself: You plan, implement and optimise logistics processes using modern lean management methods. When introducing and supporting new customer projects, you actively support Business Development and our service providers. You control projects to improve quality and cost-effectiveness and advance continuous optimization. Interne trainings are carried out and you plan and update training documents and work instructions. Our executives support you in the areas of quality and process improvement, resource use and operational control. You are the first escalation stage for selected customers, conduct price and SLA negotiations and manage our partner network including contract and performance reviews. Internal and external meetings on operations and management levels are moderated in German and English – including pre- and post-processing.

You have a completed business studies – ideally with a focus on logistics – or a comparable qualification. You could gain first professional experience as a process planner*in in contract and warehouse logistics, experiences in transport logistics are a plus. Your very good knowledge in logistics processes, analytical and solution-oriented thinking convince us. MS Office and Excel are not a challenge for you. You use these tools efficiently to analyze and optimize processes. You convince by a sovereign appearance towards customers, partners and colleagues. Your English and your German are at a safe level. A high readiness for use and travel is not a problem for you and you keep an overview even in dynamic situations.
