Work independently, at à la Carte Restaurant & banquet, during the production and execution of buffets Responsibility for a separate item, including independent organization of the processes and ensuring a smooth service Instruction and control of employees in the professional preparation of all food according to current menus Ensuring correct storage, processing and quality of all raw materials Responsibility for professional handling, care and cleanliness of all work equipment and tools Consistent adherence to the HACCP requirements and role model function in their implementation in everyday kitchens

completed training as a chef (all genders) as well as several years of professional experience as a chef or in a comparable position; Alternatively, a cross entry with detectable, relevant practical experience is possible Handicraft skills and well-founded, detailed expertise Self-sustainable and self-responsible operation coupled with high quality and responsibility Loadability, flexibility and readiness for shift services between 05:00 and 23:00 on all week and holidays and on weekends Model function in compliance with HACCP as well as structured and reliable operation – especially in work-intensive phases Good German (min. B2) and knowledge of English for clear communication in the team
