Successfully completed studies, preferably in industrial engineering, business management or comparable qualification Management experience in a medium-sized company from the construction sector acquired commercial know-how and a high technical understanding of the regulations and standards in construction Entrepreneurial personality with authenticity, hands-on mentality and strategic competence Enforcement and communication strength at all levels – from construction site to shareholder
