The task area includes the independent generalistic staff support of an employee group from entry to exit as well as close cooperation with partners:inside / executives. This includes the following operational and administrative tasks: Implementation of all administrative tasks in the HR field, such as the creation and management of personal files and master data management, the creation of certificates, certificates, alteration agreements, etc. Participation in HR projects Care and advice of partners:inside / managers and employees:in all personnel matters and labour and social insurance issues Preparatory payroll and coordination with the accounting department Editing of entries and exits including guiding, documenting and evaluating feedback and exit talks Collection of personnel development and training needs for the supervised teams Create evaluations, statistics, HR key figures and data

A completed study with the Department of Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable, relevant training Professional experience in HR/Personnel, ideally desirable in personal care Professional starters:inside with first practical experiences (e.g. through student work) are also welcome An open-minded and friendly personality, for which reliability and self-initiative and a solution-oriented way of working are of course, and the focus is on the human being. Knowledge of labour and social security law Routinized handling of MS Office and HR software
