You monitor compliance with relevant capital market requirements from MiFId, WpHG and MaComp and accompany their implementation in our savings bank. You continuously develop our monitoring and control system, carry out risk analysis and conduct appropriate monitoring and scenarios. You judge business processes, training and internal requirements regarding their regulatory compliance, identify necessary adjustments and advise the affected areas. You prepare essential insights into reports and presentations in an address-oriented manner and actively shape methods, frameworks and IT-based compliance processes. Attractive remuneration: The Sparkasse is a collective employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is governed by the collective agreements. This place is assigned to the payment group 11; the classification within the tariff level model is based on professional experience. In addition to the table fee, further collectively regulated services are granted, in particular the annual special payment or the special savings bank payment.
