Place: Pfullendorf Type: Full time Leadership and further development of the warehouse administration area with the aim of ensuring an efficient, transparent and stable logistical order flow within the intralogistics at the Pfullendorf site through a powerful team.

You are responsible for personnel management, personnel development, budget and training for employees in the field of warehouse administration. The promotion of a health-oriented working environment, as well as the active strengthening of occupational safety and safety in the field of warehouse administration, are under your responsibility. In addition, the implementation, further development and optimization of process requirements in SAP ERP / EWM are your tasks. You are responsible for ensuring a high standard data and inventory quality and for the continuous optimization of storage administration processes (KVP, Standards). You are also responsible for inventory, cargo carrier management, storage strategies, as well as for the analysis and optimization of material flows and key figures. Your task will also include responsibility and coordination of location-related logistics projects and their project managers in close coordination with the group logistics. The central coordination with internal and external partners as well as the control of new product introductions and changes (including IC processing) fall within your competence area. You support the design of new packaging and logistics processes as part of new product introductions and changes.

The basis is your successfully completed vocational training as a specialist in warehouse logistics, a comparable vocational training (m/w/d) with corresponding logistical further education or your completed Bachelor/Master degree in the field of logistics. You already have many years of professional experience in logistics and professional and disciplinary leadership experience. In addition, you have good knowledge of the SAP, MS Office and Business Warehouse programs. Good knowledge of English in word and writing are not a challenge for you. You bring a motivating leadership style as well as convincing power. Multiannual experience in project management complete your profile.
