Check the dates and quality of the work to be carried out and keep the costs in mind Interface function to our specialist departments, external specialist planners, and our branches Support and development of the Europe-wide network Date and quality control Cost and contract management Warranty management, incl. final visits to the end of the warranty

You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering or facility management or a technical training with a corresponding additional qualification (e.g. FM specialist, construction technician, architect, civil engineer) You have already gained relevant professional experience in facility management and have supervised construction projects and renovation measures You bring knowledge in project management and are safe in handling MS Office applications Ideally, you already have knowledge in handling a CAFM software You count reliability, sense of responsibility and team skills among your strengths Safe handling of the English language in word and writing complete your profile
