Sparring partner at eye level: In your new role, RETERRA's management in operational day-to-day business helps you proactively relieve you of demanding administrative and organizational tasks Turning and fishing point: You act as a communicative link between management, locations and the various business areas within the REMONDIS Group Strategic vision: You actively shape the future by creating sound decision templates, market analyses and presentations in the areas of strategy, M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) and controlling Responsibility: You control autonomously exciting large-scale operational and strategic projects, in particular in the strongly growing, nationwide organic sector such as biogas, bioenergy and composting, and successfully lead them to the goal

Foundation training: You have successfully completed university studies, ideally with a technical focus, for example in environmental engineering, process engineering, waste management or agricultural sciences, or with a clear focus on sustainability management Industry understanding: You have first practical experience and ideally have already gained insights into the waste management, circulatory and agricultural industries Digital Workflow: The secure and routined handling of MS Office, in particular with Excel and PowerPoint to carry out complex analyses and create meaningful presentations, is part of everyday life for you Personality: You think entrepreneurial and are characterized by a dedicated, targeted and strongly self-organized way of working that is self-evident for you
