Subject Matter Expert Batterie (m/f/d)

Recording, coordination and demand-oriented provision of the strategic key technologies developed and prioritized in Naval Weapons product management, including the EPC chain in multi-project management to ensure their availability General management and professional management of important sub- and cooperation partners Responsibility for strategic decisions based on analyses, assessments and monitoring of circumstances for internal and external reporting (high technological complexity, stakeholder impact, business policy relevance) and moderation and management of decision-making and steering bodies Developing decision-making management templates and initiating cross-departmental decisions on challenges beyond their own discretion and proactive identification, assessment and management of opportunities and risks to achieve corporate objectives Strategic advice, technical control and governance of the departments and interfaces (product, project management, development, purchasing, suppliers, production) as well as initiation and implementation of process and method improvements throughout the entire value creation process

Higher education of (economic)ingenieurs or comparable degree Long-term, relevant professional experience in defined technology and detailed knowledge and sound technical understanding of the assigned Strategic Key Technologies Professional, management-oriented preparation of complex facts, experience in complex decision-making processes and knowledge of English Structured, solution-oriented and independent work, high self-motivation, initiative and proactivity as well as very good analytical skills Embossed team and communication skills with intercultural feeling, safe and binding occurrence and strong enforcement capability
