Within the NEW e-motion-hub project, you take over the control of the electrical structures of technical building equipment - from medium and low voltage to data transmission and building automation to hazard alarm systems, lighting and PV systems You independently clarify planning and construction tasks, develop space programs and agree with clients: inside, client: inside and outside authorities You can participate in tenders, performance directories and mass investigations and get comparison offers You co-ordinate specialist companies, external planners and specialist engineers:inside and accompany procurement processes together with purchasing and work preparation You monitor the design, accompany commissioning, check invoices and documentation

A completed study (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) of electrical engineering Knowledge of HOAI, VOB, Construction Contract Law, BauO NRW, ArbStättV, ASR and the generally accepted rules of the technology Experience in project management and contractor representation or the motivation to work into this task field Safe occurrence and communication strength in cooperation with internal and external interfaces Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Organisational strength, sense of responsibility and the ability to overlook complex technical relationships
